The Priory
Centre is an independent registered charity set up to provide a resource for
local charitable voluntary groups and organisations within
Wycombe
District.
About Us
We are a resource centre for local charitable
groups.
The Priory Centre is a well established CVS
based in High Wycombe. We provide a wide range
of support services for local charities and voluntary organisations throughout
the Wycombe District area. The Centre exists to
provide:
- A meeting place for voluntary organisations and self help
groups.
- Use of office facilities and equipment.
- Training programmes, confidential counselling and
self-help.
- Support for existing groups and help with the development of new
ones.
- Funding advice services for individuals, statutory and voluntary
agencies.
- Up-to-date information for individuals and groups about sources of
help.
A number of other voluntary organisations are also based at the Priory
Centre. These include LIFE,
Bromford Housing and Connection.
We are also able to liaise on your behalf with the local authorities -
Wycombe District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Primary Care Trusts,
Regional Awareness and Involvement South-East.
