This club is for stroke survivors, carers, friends and family in the Aylesbury area

We meet at the Fairford Leys Church Hall

We have booked this venue for the next 6 months of Meetings, and then will hopefully continue on the 3^rd Thursday of the Month.

Thursday          15^th July       1-3pm
